Project Manager / General Manager

At PlyLab, we design and build high-end plywood kitchens and furniture — crafted with precision, care, and purpose. We’re looking for a Project Manager / General Manager to lead projects from concept to completion and help drive the next stage of PlyLab’s growth.

You’ll bridge design, production, suppliers, and customers — ensuring projects run smoothly, efficiently, and to PlyLab standards. You’ll support the team, manage timelines, keep communication tight, and make sure every job flows cleanly through the system.

What you’ll do

• Own project delivery from first contact to final handover

• Coordinate with design, CNC, production, trades and install teams

• Build strong relationships with clients, architects, and builders

• Remove blockers, solve problems, and keep momentum moving forward

• Schedule, prioritise, and maintain predictable workflow and visibility

• Ensure quality, cost, and timelines are achieved on every project

What we’re looking for

• Experience managing construction, manufacturing, or design projects

• Strong communication, organisation, and leadership

• Ability to prioritise, plan, and operate under pressure

• Calm, structured problem-solving and decision making

• Confidence working with digital tools, drawings, and systems
